THE
CAUSE AND CURE OF HEART DISEASE
AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
Heart
attacks are caused by not enough oxygen reaching the heart. Oxygen flow to
the heart is shut off when the inside diameter of the blood vessels becomes
smaller due to buildup of plaque or spasms of the blood vessels.
Plaque is composed of cholesterol and calcium. Spasms of the blood vessels are caused by overacidity of the
blood. They are also caused by a mineral imbalance of calcium, magnesium,
sodium, and potassium. Any constriction in the blood vessels causes
an increase in Blood Pressure. Unsaturated
fats are oils and remain liquid at room temperature. Unsaturated oils
actually protect the body from heart disease and plaque. Saturated

fat on your body. They create plaque causing hearts disease. Fats which are

cause the blood to become thicker. This thick blood is harder to pump. It
causes hardening of the arteries
and causes high blood pressure.
The high blood pressure and hardened arteries result in heart disease and strokes. There
are two types of cholesterol, good cholesterol (HDL) and bad cholesterol
(LDL). Cholesterol is an oil. Fats are bad and are solid at room temperature
and oils are good and tend top be liquid at room temperature. When heated all
oils become bad for the body. All fried food is bad for the body and
contributes to hardening of the arteries. TO LOWER HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE Take
3 to 5 tablespoons of flax seed oil per day. 1 to 2 tablespoons per meal. Mixed
with cottage cheese or mixed with juice. Bromelain
